Inhabitable DO NOT STAY Negative: I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. During my stay, I experienced a serious rat problem. There was clear evidence of infestation that was never properly addressed. Despite raising the issue, management’s response was slow and ineffective, leaving me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable in my own home. A basic expectation for any property is cleanliness and pest control under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and The Defective Premises Act 1972 which unfortunately, this place failed on both fronts. I would NOT recommend living here until the issue is resolved properly.

Excellent and comforting I would most definitely stay again Positive: Lovely well decorated and very homely It was clean and was above expectations for the price I would highly recommend Negative: The size of the property shocked me The comfort of the beds and living room It has everything you need including a small oven and a large oven which is ideal for groups The property owner was very helpful and answered any queries immediately
